Kathy’s Keep fit digital session every Monday 10.45am to 11.45am

Kathy’s Keep Fit Group is fully affiliated to Here and Now with aim of getting people over the age of 50 to join a gentle exercise routine.

The group is based in the Community Room at the Parade Enterprise Centre on Blacon Avenue so come along and meet new friends whilst getting fit at the same time.

Each session costs £2.50, and after paying for the hall all proceeds are kindly donated to supporting other Here and Now community projects.

The session is led by Kathy in person and is supported by digital technology
